He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Gallant and Helen Gallant (Gallagher); and his brothers, James and Denis. He is survived by : his wife Heather Gallant (Ohman); his siblings, Richard "Dick" (Joanne) of Stoughton, Moira (Paul) of Nova Scotia and Gerard of Monson; his former life partner Sue; his son James; his daughter-in-law Amber; and his grandson Luke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
