She was predeceased by : her father Walter Johnston of Saugus. She is survived by : her husband Charles E. Zapolski; her mother Jean King (Smith) of Saugus; her sons, Michael Zapolski (Marcy Siegal) of Wakefield, Jon Zapolski (Kimberly) of Franklin and Kevin Zapolski (Insuk) of Beverly; her grandchildren, Susan (Stephen), Ryan (Sara), Sean, Samuel and Elijah; and her great grandchildren, Delilah, Dyllan and Dakota.
