He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Koulopoulos and Anita Koulopoulos. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Thomas Koulopoulos; his sons, Michael (Maria) and Thomas of Scituate, MA; his brother Jim (Karyn Koulopoulos); and his nieces and nephews, Robert Fontaine, Zach Koulopoulos, Kylynn Fontaine Bruen and Ali Koulopoulos Carroll.

In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made in John's memory to the Scituate Library Foundation, 85 Branch Street, Scituate MA 02066.
