He was predeceased by: his parent John Dalton; and his sisters, Catherine I. Walsh and Jacqueline W. Bagnulo. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Dalton (Faherty); his parent Catherine Dalton; his children, Deborah A. Donovan of Scituate, Susan M. Cassidy (Jim) of South Weymouth and John W. Dalton III of Scituate; and his grandchildren, Meaghan Donovan of South Weymouth, James M. Cassidy (Nicole) of Hingham and Colleen M. Cassidy of South Weymouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
