He was predeceased by: his father Charles R. Phillips (Bob). He is survived by: his mother Louise Phillips (Constantineau) of Palm Harbor, FL; his children, Ian O. Phillips of Taunton, MA, Sydney Stewart (Phillips) and Graham Stewart (Phillips) of Whitman, MA; and his brother David of Palm Harbor, FL. He is also survived by aunts, an uncle and several cousins.
