We bid farewell to Richard Ira Cohen (Sharon, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 8, 2025 at the age of 88. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Cohen and Jessie Cohen; his child Randi Cohen; and his brother Donald Cohen. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his children, David Cohen (Lisa), Gayle Hodus (Matthew) and Jill Rorem Deborah (Matthew); his grandchildren, Amanda Lambert (Bill), Lauren Goodwin (Sam), Jake, Rebecca Cohen, Hazel, Dash Rorem, Molly and Dylan DeFrancesco; and his brother Alan Cohen (Merle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at 194 Grove St, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
