He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Casivant and William Hankey; his stepfather Marvin Casivant; and his sister Susan Knuffke. He is survived by: his wife Lyn Hankey; his daughters, Kelly (Greg Kilmer), Jo-Anne (Lanny Broderick) and Niccole (Bill Ciaccio); his grandchildren, Spencer, Mariah Broderick and Linus Ciaccio; his siblings, Marvin Casivant (Olympia) and Eileen Kellogg; his stepson Toby Zucco; his stepgranddaughter Taylor Zucco; and the mother of his children Sandy Turner.
