With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Samuels of Sheffield, Massachusetts, born in Salisbury, Connecticut, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harriet Farwell White and Alfred Francis White, Sr.; her children, Sue Fulco (Frank) of Lakeland, FL, Dawn Samuels Curtis of Beverly, MA and Shawn Samuels (Cathy) of Great Barrington, MA.; her brother Walter White (Brigette) of Torrington, CT; her grandchildren, Cindy Goodrich (Jason), Frank Fulco, Jr. (Denise), Peter Fulco and Ashley Curtis; her great grandchildren, Brecken and Bradyn Fulco; and her husband Richard Nelson Samuels.
