He is survived by: his wife Shirley McNeely of Wakefield; his sons, Kevin McNeely of Melrose and James McNeely (Nancy Concemi); his grandchildren, Nicholas McNeely and Benjamin McNeely of Melrose; his sister Marie Burchfield; his brother-in-law Richard Shea (Barbara) of Osterville; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Keohane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
