She was predeceased by: her parents, O'Neil Eubanks and Hattie Mae Eubanks (Anderson); and her brothers, O'Neil Jr., Lee and Franklin.
She is survived by: her brothers, Elbert (Al) and Joseph Eubanks; her sons, Maurice and Joseph Eubanks; and also, Bernice Eubanks (Kefel) and Barbara Eubanks. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
