He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Linda Fay Blackwell (Washington); and his children, Roger Blackwell of Connellsville, PA, Alexis A. Blackwell of Shirley and Legrant Blackwell Jr. of Connellsville, PA. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
