He was predeceased by: his parents, James Evans and Mary Boland Evans. He is survived by: his friend Governor Paul Cellucci; his wife Carol Evans (Chipman); his children, Matthew Evans of Shirley, MA and Megan Caforio (Jason); his granddaughters, Gianna and Mia Caforio; and his stepgrandson Tyler Caforio of Ashburnham.
