He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovila Forest and Leda Forest (Collard); his children, Karen Zaher and Jeff Forest; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Melissa, Allison, Joanna, Justin, Jessica, Alex, Derek, Elizabeth and Dan.
He is survived by: his spouse Jannette (Henkel); and his children, Dianne Barratt (Curt), Ken Forest (Diane), Tom Forest (Jessica) and Julie Gyles (Bob). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
