West) of Los Angeles, CA and Katherine Banks of Shirley; his stepchildren, Steven Banks of New Braintree, Danielle Mitchell of Gardner, Allison Doherty of Lunenburg and Julia Banks of Lunenburg; his sister Nicky Salmon of England; and his grandchildren, Emily Salmon, Mercy West, Sterling West, Evander West, Arlo West, Jonathan Herrera, Cameryn Doherty, James Doherty and William Mitchell.
