He was predeceased by: his parent Lucinda Barklow (Branch). He is survived by: his parent Titus B. Barklow, Sr.; his wife Shirley Ann Barklow (Brace); his children, Phillip Jackson, Titus Barklow III, Mattie Barklow, Holly Barklow and Laurel J Brace-Carter; and his brothers, Tommy Barklow and Richie Barklow.
