It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank T. Kokernak of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Dudley, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Catherine Conrad, Dorothy Kokernak, Marian Ushinski, Alicia Michalak, Elizabeth Titta, Anthony, Edward, John, Felix and Joseph; his granddaughter Katherine; and his parents, Stanley A. Kokernak and Anna M. Kokernak (Dzivrgot).

He is survived by : his wife Ann P. Kokernak (Parzick); his sons, Gary Kokernak (Jill) of Plymouth and Denis Kokernak (Donna) of North Hampton, NH.; his grandchildren, Grant and Julia; and his nephew Jim. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, all attendees are kindly asked to wear face coverings and practice social distancing while at the funeral home and cemetery.
