He was predeceased by: his brothers, Alan J. Brookes and William Rose. He is survived by: his wife Susan Brookes (Farioli) of Shrewsbury; his children, Daniel J. Brookes (Amelia) of East Longmeadow and Andrea Baxter (Jeffrey) of Upton, Massachusetts.; and his grandchildren, Grace Brookes, Ava Brookes and James "JJ" Baxter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church - Shrewsbury (640 Main St, Shrewsbury, MA 01545). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
