He is survived by: his wife Mary Collins Folster of Monterey, TN.; his children, Jeremy Folster Blackstone (Colleen), Jessica Warrington (John), Attleboro and Carrie (Rob); his grandchildren, Brady, Brendan Folster, Isabella Warrington, Attleboro and Maggie Renshaw (Aaron Odem); his great grandchild Haven Gray Renshaw of Baxter, TN.; his sister-in-law Helen Miller (Gary) of Masontown, WV.; and his nephew Jason N Miller of Masontown, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
