He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Hayes; and his sibling Muriel Brodeur. He is survived by: his spouse Ilene Hayes (Pacheco); his parent Yvonne Hayes (Plourde); his daughter Kimberly Ann Hayes of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth Murray of Somerset and Patrick James Murray of Berkley.
