Tidwell of Westport, MA and Jonathan M. Emery of Las Vegas, NV.; his siblings' children, Casey R. Tidwell of Fall River, Owen I. Tidwell and Matthew David Tidwell; and his aunts, Priscilla Weismann of Hanover, NH and Betty Emery of Merrimac, MA.
David asked that donations in his name be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place Memphis, TN 38105.
