With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Gillespie of Somerset, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Gillespie; her son David Joseph Gillespie; her parents, Manuel Botelho and Mary Botelho (Marques); and her sibling Thomas Botelho.

She is survived by: her daughter Deborah J. Gillespie; her grandsons, Aaron DaCosta and Chad DaCosta; and her brother James Botelho. She is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, cousins and friends.
