He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Williams and Marion Williams (Paul); his wife Marjorie A. Williams (Vanasse); his daughter Donna Castro; and his siblings, Earl Williams, Lloyd Williams, Everett Williams, Leonard Williams, Gertrude Spencer, Bernice Remy and Norma Vanasse.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Samuel Williams, Victoria Boie, Laurel Boie and Ethan Boie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
