She was predeceased by: her husband Marcel J. Emard; her parents, Romeo G. Suprenant and Anne F. Suprenant (Nicholson); her son Wayne Emard; and her sister Alice Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Costa (Joseph) of Somerset, Jan Tabor (Mark) of Seekonk, Beth Gagnon (Joseph) of Swansea, Scott Emard of Westerly, RI, Lee Emard (Arlene) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Keith Emard of Homestead, FL, Todd Emard (Kimberly) of Voluntown, CT and Greg Emard (Patricia) of Griswold, CT; her daughter-in-law Laura Emard; and her brother William Surprenant. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
