She was predeceased by: her parent Janet Chasse (Larrivee); her spouse Jeffrey Costa; and her child Meghan Costa. She is survived by: her parent Robert Chasse; her children, Jordan Costa, Kaitlin Costa (Fitzpatrick) and Jesse Costa; her stepson James Costa; her significant other Michael Profio; and her sisters, Cynthia Chasse, Julie Dusio (Chasse), Gail Chasse and Bonnie Kreiner.
