He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Guay and Marie-Louise Guay (Bouffard); and his brother Adrien A. Guay of Fall River. He is survived by: his wife Barbara R. Guay (Pettine); his daughters, Nancy B. Fournier (Jacques) and Judi A Pereira (Frank); his grandchildren, Christopher A. Guay (Melissa Albert), Portsmouth, Fire Captain Steven L. Lynch (Katie) of East Providence, RI, Eric W. Mitz (Valerie) of Parrish, FL, Justin M. Costa (Meghan) of Westport, MA, John D. Fournier (Jessica) of Fall River and Isabelle Fournier; his great grandchildren, Michael James and Emma Josephine Lynch; and his siblings, Gerald P. Guay (Susan Donahue) of Herriman, UT., Lucille C. Frett of Fall River and Muriel Goulet of Suffield, CT.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
