She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Cavanaugh, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Cavanaugh III (Carol) of Laurel, MD, William Cavanaugh (Jennifer) of Laurel, MD, Karen Argiro (John) of Norwell, MA and Judith Boardman (Peter); and her grandchildren, Patrick, Ryan Cavanaugh, Mathew, Emily Argiro, Sean and Stephen Boardman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick's Church.
