He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline; his parent Vivian Winslow (Bliss) of Somerset; and his children, Jake Winslow (Tricia Winslow) of Rochester, Victoria Capuano (Jason Capuano) of Berkley, Melissa Fallon (Jeff Fallon) of Somerset and Stacy Sousa (Louis Sousa) of Somerset.
