We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2022, at the age of 51, Hadassah Kim Bulgin of South Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Wagner Jr. and Clara Wagner (Feaster); and her sibling's child Rone Annise. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Lee S. Bulgin; her siblings, Artis Wagner III of Texas and Shelly Brown of Alaska; her siblings' child Tyanna Shalie Brown; her aunt Wilma Daniels of Maryland; her cousins, Claretta Daniels and Oscar J. Daniels; and her brother-in-law Paul Bulgin of Georgia.
