He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Kelley and Margaret Kelley (Kelley); and his brother John Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kelley (McCarthy); his daughters, Amanda Kelley of Plymouth and Bridget Kelley of Leominster; his stepchildren, Daniel Gioiosa of Dartmouth, Jaryd Gioiosa of New Bedford and Meagan Perry of Berkley; and his siblings, Franklin Kelley of West Dennis, George Kelley of West Yarmouth, Richard Kelley of Harwich, Catherine Kelley of South Dennis, Karen Kelley of Dennis Port, Margaret Kelley of Bath, ME and Joan Kelley of Tatum, NM. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
