He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Turgeon and Marie-Jeanne Turgeon (Breault); and his brother Réal Turgeon. He is survived by: his wife Laurette Turgeon (Demanche); and his children, Sylvain (Reneé Turgeon), Suzanne (Scott Beauregard), Andre (Harriet Turgeon) and Jean (Kim Turgeon). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, thirteen siblings, their spouses, and countless nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a living plant that can continue to grow with love.
