Gloria Marie McAvoy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Marie McAvoy of South Hadley, Massachusetts, born in Anson, Maine, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Beane and Lillian Beane (Bishop); her husband Warren E. McAvoy; and her children, Mary, Ann and Joseph.

She is survived by : her children, Jean Roofe and James McAvoy; her grandchildren, Jennifer Thomas and Joseph Sparkes; and her great grandchildren, Maeva, Maxwell Thomas and Asha Sparkes. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
