Hazen (South Hadley, Massachusetts), born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clark and Lydabelle Clark (Woodward). She is survived by: her husband Thomas N. Hazen; her former husband Frederick W. Johnson; her children, Clark Johnson PhD of Granby, Frederick W. Johnson Jr. and Daphne Johnson Hanrahan; her stepchildren, John Hazen of South Hadley, Maria Hazen Lewis and Thomas W. D. Hazen of Florence; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson PhD, Scott Hanrahan, Carolyn Hanrahan, Jessica Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Abigail Hazen, Emily Hazen, Megan Hazen, Samuel Lewis, John Lewis and Madison Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jane's memory may be made to the First Congregational Church in South Hadley.
