He is survived by: his stepchildren, Helen Horowitz (Joe Clayman) of Denver, Shel Horowitz (Dina Friedman) of Hadley and Jeanne Horowitz of Valley Cottage; his nephews, Yusuke Endo of Japan and Keisuke Endo of Japan; his grandchildren, Alana Friedman, Rafael Natan Horowitz Friedman, Naomi, Heidi, Pearl Clayman and Miriam Yablon (Clayman); his great grandchild Eldad Chaim Yablon; his wife Gloria Horowitz Yoshida; and also, Helen Horowitz and Shel Horowitz.
