She was predeceased by: her brothers, Donald Shandri of Pottsville, PA and Richard Shandri of Des Moines, IA.. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Frank E. Kachinski; her sister Julia Shandri (Gregory Czura); her children, David (Rhonda Kachinski) of Palmer, Robert (Diane Kachinski) of South Hadley, Karen Birtwell of Springfield and Kevin (Pamela Kachinski) of Fairfax Station, VA.; her grandchildren, Caylie, Kyle, Taylor, Corey, Victoria, Madelyn, Emily, Samantha and Karoline; and her great grandchildren, Adam, Grace and Lily.
