We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2019, at the age of 44, Patricia M. Vaughn (South Hadley, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Roy Vaughn. She is survived by: her parents, Ray Vaughn of Chicopee and Polly A. Vaughn (Rooney) of South Hadley; and her pets, Kyle and Karla. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
