She was predeceased by : her parents, Meena Subramaniam and Late. She is survived by : her children, Gopika (Taka), Sanjayan (Entela), Gokulan (Rita) and Gowthamy (Ashok); her grandchildren, Mayuri, Dhanya, Arjun, Kiran, Teddy and Alex; and her siblings, Jayalini, Jaleendra, Jeyasri and Niranjan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
