He is survived by: his father Edgar "Ed" Smick of Southbridge; and his sisters, Brenda (Jerry Bellizzi) of Brookfield, Rhonda (Jimmie Vilandre) of Southbridge and Cathy (Steve Renaud) of Southbridge. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and 2 grandnieces.
