He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl J. Woodcock and Julia Ernestine Woodcock (Dury); his former life partner Rose; his wife Elizabeth Dubey Woodcock; and his siblings, Richard, Chester Woodcock and Ruth Woodcock-Eastman.

He is survived by : his stepchildren, Craig W. Dubey of Cherry Valley and Sherry Grouf (Paul) of Spencer. He is also survived by step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
