He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Bouthillette, Sr. and Theresa Bouthillette (Fournier); and his siblings, Elaine M. Sullivan and William D. Bouthillette. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard A. Bouthillette (Nancy) of Chicopee, Ruth A. Cleavall (David) of Seabrook, NH and JoAnn Smith (Matthew) of Springfield; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry Sullivan (Dale) of Whitingham, VT and Melody Bouthillette of Chicopee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and numerous friends including his close friends.
