He is survived by: his close friend Lillie 'Bert Owens; his son Anthony Sandiford of Florida; his grandchildren, Dionne Sandiford and Travis Brathwaite; his brother Reginald Sandiford; and his great grandchildren, Shaniece Gittens and Nazari Sandiford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
