He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Caputo; and his brothers, Alfonso Caputo and Albert Caputo. He is survived by: his parent Lucy Caputo (Masi); his children, Michael Caputo of Springfield, Richard Caputo (Patricia) of Springfield and Roseann Caputo (Glenn) of Ludlow; his siblings, Joseph Caputo of South Hadley, Frank Caputo (Terri) of Springfield, Raymond Caputo of Ludlow and Dolores Scibelli (Salvatore) of East Longmeadow; and his grandchildren, Christopher Caputo, Vincent Caputo, Alonzo Caputo and Meghan Caputo.
