She was predeceased by: her parents, Matteo Serra and Mary Serra (Christopher); her husband Bennett Russell; her granddaughter Karen Buffington; and her brother Robert Serra.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betsy Delpeschio (Paul) of Feeding Hills and Nancy Donohue (James) of West Springfield; her sister-in-law Phyllis Serra (Longmeadow); and her grandchildren, Christopher (Edita), Ryan (Jocelynn), Jamie (Gina) and KerryJean (Josh). She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren.
