He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Pelletier (Papillon); and his sisters, Bernadette Kachur and Doris Heffner. He is survived by: his children, Geraldine Heffner of Ware, Robert Pelletier of New Hampshire and Brian Pelletier of Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
