He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Vega and Maria Rosado; and his wife Olga Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Manuel Ramos, Ramon Vega, Marilu Figueroa, Maribel Ramos, Luz M. Ramos and Maria Shannon. He is also survived by Twelve Grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
