She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Webster and Effie Mae Webster (Brown); her husband Reverend Al J. Starks; and her siblings, Clinton Webster, Laura Bell Willis, Jessie B. Williams, Cliffie Pruitt, Mildred Kendrick and Ollie Mae Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Alberta Hunter (James) of Springfield, MA, Beatrice Rutherford (Otis) of Springfield, MA, Al J. Starks Jr. (Doris) of Fort Worth, TX and Willie Starks (Karla) of Teaneck, NJ; her brother Elder John Webster (Oralee) of Sacramento, CA; and her sister-in-law Reverend Georgia B. Webster of Springfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives, friends.
