He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mullen and Elizabeth Mullen (Gay); his wife Shirley Mullen (Hunter); his children, Leslie, Sharron, Kellie and Eugene; and his sister Valerie.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Mullen Jr., Kevin Mullen (Decine), Christopher Mullen Sr. (Carol), Brian Mullen (Renee) and Susan Mullen; his sister Catherine Harris of Springfield; his grandsons, Dakota Mullen and Christopher Mullen Jr.; and his cousin Jane Giles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, and friends.
