He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Martinez and Juana Martinez; and his former wife Crucita Cruz. He is survived by: his daughters, Olga Martinez and Lydia Martinez-Alvarez; his son-in-law Rafael Alvarez, Jr.; his son Rene Martinez; his wife Maritza Martinez; and his siblings, Juanita Martinez-Sanchez, Toñita Martinez-Perez, Wence Martinez and Alberto Martinez. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
