She was predeceased by: her spouse Alfonso "Cookie" A. DiSantis; her parent Harvey Gauthier; and her siblings, Howard Gauthier, Earl Gauthier, John "Jack" Gauthier, Virginia Chelte-Poudrier, Margaret Shea and Richard Gauthier.
She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Gauthier (Sullivan); her daughters, Virginia Sims and Mary Lou Lusa; her brother Francis Gauthier (Elaine) of Florida; and her granddaughter Jamie Sims of Springfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
