She is survived by: her children, Judy O'Keefe (John), Michelle Gilrein of Ludlow, Christine Therrien of Springfield, Scott Therrien (Jeanne) of Pittsfield and Jeff Therrien (Stacey) of Plymouth; her grandchild John O'Keefe III; her wife Jane; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Anna, Matthew, Jake, Emma, Erin, Michael, Kelsey, Piper and Nicholas.
