She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Picard and Mary Picard (Lafskina); her husband David A. Stebbins Sr.; and her son David A. Stebbins Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mary Westcott (Garrett) of Russell, Michael Stebbins Sr. (Sandra), Richard Stebbins Sr. (Susan) of Warren, MA and Mark Stebbins Sr. (Susan); her daughter-in-law Donna Stebbins of Springfield; and her sister Barbara Slate of Feeding Hills. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
